Good but no waffle fries so I go where I can find them.

I always come here for the fries and bronco berry sauce ... only thing I can eat here being a vegetarian haha . The lines are slow sometimes but that’s literally because there is always only 1-2 employees working the entire store ... nobody wants to work freaking fast food

These people are super rude..no gloves or mask..plus its not cool to smoke right by the dy thru..just to go back in to hand me my food..went back this week still no mask or gloves

Lazy a man wiped his nose then touched the food while cutting the meat. The meat grinder was very dirty and disgusting. Waited for 30 minutes to see that left and got something else.

Fixed my sandwich differently than normal and was glad to do so. Was a turkeyclub. Turkey was very good and favorable.

I've been going to this Arby's for roughly 15 years and the food is always good. However, throughout the past year, every time I go through the drive thru, the person running the window is just outright rude and borderline hateful.The lady that took the order this last time was impatient, interrupted a few times asking if that was everything while I was ordering and had a rude tone. When I got you the window, she had a look of disdain and was very curt while telling the total and asking about sauce.I really like this location and consider it my "home" Arby's, but if a person lacks a certain degree of social skills, maybe don't have them run the faster paced drive thru window.

Enjoying the 2 for five meal. Fish sandwich worth the money.

Ate here with my Pops today and had the half pound roast beef and cheddar. Delicious and filling. My only complainant is that there's nothing to put the pickles and peppers on. Had to use a cup lid.

Went to this Arby's last night around 4:30 PM to grab some dinner. The lady that was working the drive through was beyond rude, actually down right hateful! As I was trying to order she kept interrupting me asking if that was all. I really felt like telling her if you'd just shut up I'll finish my order. When I finally got my order placed she repeated it back and forgot something, when I told her that she rudely replies I got that already. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my order she was twice as rude. People like this should not be working with the public. Customers are the reason you have a job, without us you don't! I will be calling this store also as soon as they open!

I had a really pleasant experience going through my local Arby's last night. I went around 10:15 when they normally close around 10:30. Going that close to closing is something I really try not to do because generally employees are ready to go home, want to rush you, not in the best mood to serve you anymore, etc. However, the lady that took my order, money and gave me my food, was so sweet and pleasant! She complimented me, gave us exactly what we asked for and was just all around a really nice person. I really wish I got her name so I could put it on here but unfortunately I didn't. However this isn't the first great experience I've had at this location with this employee. So it wasn't just some coincidence, she always does her job that well from my experiences. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I will definitely be returning to this Arby's, it was well worth the time and money spent!

Workers were nice. Buns were great on new sandwiches. I was excited to actually have a filling brkfst sandwich without pork. Except the guacamole/avacado, one of my faves, was discolored and old to taste. Once I scraped it off sandwich was good. But you shouldn't have to?!

I don't mind paying for water, but definitely don't feel it was worth $1.89 added to my bill. It would have been courteous to mention that you charge the same as soda for a glass of water, and given me choice to wait the 2 minutes until I got back home.

Great food, great service and we used an awesome coupon so it was great value!! Favorite place for a great sandwich. So many different types!! ☺

Love this fast food place. Hot beef and cheddar is the best. Also, I can't remember ever getting an order of Curly Fries that were cold mushy, like a couple other establishments.

Ok so they were inside right? And it SAYS TAKEOUT however we called no answer of course and so we ventured into the beyond and they didn’t even acknowledge us. But anyways I would have at least liked them to answer the call

What can I say, it's Arby's. You don't go here for a 5 star meal. You go here for a quick fast food meal. This location is always clean, staff are friendly, and the food is good.

Food is good, the store feels a little small & the manager talks very loud when he is addressing his employees.

Meat! They have the meats! But my favorite is the Beef and Cheddar with potato cakes. I like the potato cakes cause they are made fresh everytime. And if they get cold, just throw em in the toaster. Mmmm!

I really like the variety of sandwiches they offer at Arby's, and there's usually something new every time I go there. Friendly staff, orders are accurate, and the drive thru doesn't take that long normally.

Location on NW 39th expwy in OKC: Staff is so positive and fun. Food, of course, was perfect and delicious.

2 for $5. What's not to like? Top it with a jamocha shake and you're ready to go. (Psst... My cat loves the meat, too, and it's healthy for her.) 4 sandwiches, 2 shakes, a fire, a movie, and my cat. And... Um... Sort of a date. A meal and dessert for 2 for $15. She loved it! I can always count on Arby's for good, consistent, fast service, food on the go for a decent price. Next time I'll get a small shake and a turnover I think.

Personally better than McDonald's but still fast food

The double beef Meatober Sandwich was delicious. I probably spelled that absolutely wrong. But nevertheless it was awesome. I will be going back for more. 😋😋
